Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Litigation Lawyer, for a 1-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
Within the General Secretariat, you will work on all claims / pre-litigation / litigation files handled by the General Secretariat.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main missions will be:
* Customer complaint response and management;
* Research: regulations, legislation, case law;
* Drafting correspondence, formal notices (mises en demeure), and settlement agreements (protocoles d'accords transactionnels) addressed to clients or partners, in the context of complaints, pre-litigation, or litigation.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are a Bac+5 level student, pursuing a degree with a specialization in Private Law, or you are a trainee lawyer.
Ideally, you have prior experience in a legal department of a bank or financial institution.
You are recognized for your writing skills and your interpersonal ease.
You know how to manage priorities, demonstrate discretion, and are mindful of maintaining confidentiality.
Your rigor and autonomy will be your assets in successfully carrying out the tasks assigned.
