Job Description

You will join our Front Office Fund Finance team within Natixis CIB, which is looking for a Junior Fund Finance Structurer for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
You will be fully involved in the commercial process and the structuring of fund financing (capital call facilities) set up for Natixis clients.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Participate in the setup and monitoring of transactions;
* Be highly involved in financial flow modeling, database analysis, and credit risk analysis;
* Learn the marketing, financial, legal, and accounting aspects of these arrangements.
This position will offer you the opportunity to discover the main businesses within investment banking and capital markets (origination, syndication, trading, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance.
You have prior experience in Corporate Financial Analysis, and you are familiar with reading/analyzing balance sheets and income statements.
You have an excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, VBA is a plus).
You are rigorous, curious, and have a great capacity for adaptation and teamwork. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
