Job Description

You are joining our Quality / Control team within the Client Support Group department, which is looking for a Quality & Controls Analyst for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Assisting the Quality / Control Manager in steering the Global harmonization of controls across the AMER, APAC, and EMEA platforms;
* Contributing to the execution and creation of new key controls governing Natixis's customer knowledge framework;
* Participating in the maintenance and monitoring of updates to be implemented in our Quality tool;
* Assisting the Regulatory Projects Coordinator in the operational implementation of new standards/regulations and in the monitoring and coordination of the closure of recommendations/corrective measures issued by the various control teams;
* Assisting the EMEA Quality Control team in creating and/or updating the team's control operating procedures.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance, Risk Management, or Audit. You are proficient in IT tools, primarily Excel (Data Analysis, Excel functions, summarization, and table creation), PowerPoint, and Word. Interested in the banking environment and its AML KYC and Sanctions & Embargo regulations, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good capacity for analysis, and are a good listener. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
