Job Description

You are joining the Agency & Middle-Office | Corporate & Funds Financing team, which is looking for an Agency Manager | Corporate & Funds Financing for a 2-year apprenticeship program starting in September 2026.
This team is dedicated to two main missions:
* The setup and monitoring of Equity Bridge Facilities (structured as Agency and bilateral), initiated by the CIB Fund Finance Front Office for private equity funds.
* The setup and monitoring of structured financings (agency and bilateral) for Natixis Corporate clients.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the setup of a portfolio of cases in collaboration with relationship managers;
* Conducting compliance checks of portfolio files;
* Monitoring cases: syndication, amendments, borrower contractual obligations, reporting, management of commitments by signature and guarantees received, repayment, potential restructuring…;
* Being proactive and contributing to cross-functional projects beyond the team's scope of intervention.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4 level, you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You have a good command of standard office tools. You have knowledge of Excel, VBA, LOAN IQ, and SUMMIT OTC. You have an interest in Structured Financing and topics related to syndicated loans. You are rigorous and adaptable. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a good ability to work in a team. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
