Job Description

You join our Performance and Compensation & Benefits team attached to the Human Resources Department who are looking for a Chargé Compensation and Benefits for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from September/October 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Manage or participate in projects (launch, follow-up, operational support and feedback of remuneration studies/benchmarks, participation in the ACR (Annual Compensation Review), preparation of databases for Inspection missions, automation of tasks, participation in IT projects) ;
* Contribute to the implementation and/or production of HR dashboards and reports from the dedicated tool, be a driving force for proposals to bring changes, ensure reliability, and improve reporting tools and data with a constant quality objective:
* Contribute to the animation of the Data quality approach within the team;
* Assist HRBP, C&B and ARH in the production and analysis of data;
* Ensure the control of data consistency and reliability, then their consolidation;
* Follow up on the corrections of anomalies with ARH/HRBP and SIRH.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you prepare a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Social Management Control, Statistical Studies or Human Resources.

You perfectly master the Office package and particularly Excel (advanced formulas, TCD, VBA).
You are endowed with very good analytical skills, autonomy, responsiveness, rigor and reliability.
