Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You join our Debt Capital Markets team within the Legal Department of Natixis, which is looking for a Financial Lawyer, for a 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026.
This team's mission includes assisting the Debt Capital Markets business line in the arrangement, placement and execution of debt issues on behalf of third parties, whether companies or institutions.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
Contribute to the update and modification of debt issuance programs by third-party issuers, clients of Natixis;
Set up the documentation of non-syndicated debt securities issues by these same third-party issuers;
Contribute to the legal and regulatory work related to these areas of activity and, more generally, to our Debt Capital Markets team.
As a lawyer in our team, you are fully involved in the implementation and execution of transactions with Natixis clients, in connection with multiple stakeholders.
