Job Description

You join our Transversal Projects team within the IT department Global Market & Risks, who are looking for a data scientist, for a alternation of 1 or 2 years from September 2026.

This team is in charge of monitoring Artificial Intelligence projects at the service of the professions (markets, risks, support functions, etc.) and IT (AI for developers). In this context, we are looking for a student who wishes to consolidate their training in data science with concrete experience in a company, around AI use cases and ML. As an intern, your goal is to learn from experts, put your academic knowledge into practice, and progress in the management of end-to-end AI projects.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Participate in the framing of AI projects:
* Establish, with your tutor, the business needs, objectives and success indicators of AI/LLM use cases;
* Contribute to the technical and functional feasibility analysis, in connection with your teachings.
* Design and formalize AI solutions:
* Formalize use cases (functional and technical specifications, user stories, documentation) based on the methods seen in training;
* Contribute to the definition of datasets, model approaches and evaluation metrics.
* Develop and experiment with AI/LLM models:
* Implement LLM-type models (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG, evaluation) under the supervision of the team;
* Prototype solutions in Python (notebooks, PoC, micro services, APIs) and compare your theoretical knowledge with real constraints;
* Test and compare different approaches, document your results and learn how to present them.
* Contribute to the management and organization of projects:
* Participate in project monitoring (planning, backlog, reporting), by discovering project management practices in the IT environment;
* Observe then gradually co-animate certain workshops/follow-up points with the professions and technical teams.
* Industrialization and documentation:
* Support the team in integrating AI solutions into the existing IT ecosystem;
* Participate in the appropriation of good practices (MLOps, data quality, security, AI ethics).
* Support and communication:
* Prepare presentation materials (demos, slides, guides) to share your work;
* Contribute to the popularization of AI concepts among non-technical audiences, by capitalizing on what you learn at school.
