Job Description

The Technology Risk Management department of Natixis Wealth Management is looking for a Assistant Responsible for Information Systems Security for an apprenticeship from 1 to 2 years from September 2026.
Made up of 4 employees, this department is responsible for managing the IT risks of Natixis Wealth Management and its subsidiaries.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be as follows:
* Risk analysis : Participate in the identification, analysis and evaluation of risks related to the information system;
* Declination of the policies : Contribute to the implementation and adaptation of policies and procedures defined by the parent company;
* Incident management : Participate in the handling and monitoring of security incidents;
* Reporting : Contribute to the development and updating of reports on the level of IT risk;
* Follow-up of audits : Participate in the management of application audits and the follow-up of formulated remediation actions;
* Awareness : Take part in raising employee awareness of information security issues;
* Business Continuity : Contribute to the update of the PCA system and the organization of the various associated exercises.

As part of your assignments, you will be required to work closely with the various departments of the establishment, in particular with the Information Systems Department (DSI).
