Dans le cadre du développement et de l'amélioration des outils de pilotage de la performance (Power BI), nous recherchons un Alternant Data Analyst pour accompagner les équipes dans l'analyse, la fiabilisation et la valorisation des données opérationnelles (chantier service, maintenance, travaux).

Alternance de deux ans, poste basé à Nanterre.

Rattaché(e) au Performance Center, vos missions seront les suivantes :
Analyse & reporting
* Création et mise à jour de tableaux de bord Power BI
* Suivi des KPIs (performance opérationnelle, productivité, qualité)
Gestion des données
* Extraction et transformation de données (Excel, bases internes, etc.)
* Contrôle et amélioration de la qualité des données
* Participation à la structuration des sources (modélisation simple)
Support aux équipes métiers
* Accompagnement des utilisateurs dans la lecture des dashboards et vulgarisation des indicateurs
* Recueil des besoins métier (terrain, managers, fonctions support)
Amélioration continue
* Participation à l'optimisation des reportings existants
* Contribution à des projets de transformation data (automatisation, centralisation)

Pour cette alternance, nous recherchons les qualités suivantes :
Savoir -faire :
* Vous intégrez un Master avec une spécialisation Data/BI/Informatique, statistiques ou data sciences et recherchez une alternance de 2 ans,
* Vous disposez de solides bases sur Excel et Power BI (création de rapports, visuels, formules, manipulation de données),
* Idéalement, vous avez quelques notions SQL, Power Query ou Pyhton,
* Une forte capacité d'analyse et d'interprétation des données est indispensable
* A l'aise à l'oral, vous êtes en mesure d'évoluer au sein d'un environnement chantier et commerce et communiquer avec des non-experts.
