We are looking for a Junior Sustainability Consultant - (M/F/X) to join the Consulting team, on Apprenticeship for 1 year, based in Paris.
Under the supervision of the Associate Manager ESG Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:

* Discover strategic sustainability topics (e.g. research, regulatory analysis, peer benchmarking)
* Design their sustainability roadmaps (e.g. decarbonization trajectory definition, projects management, action planning)
* Deploy the Deepki ready sustainability platform (platform set-up, configuration, maintenance)
* Measure their performance (e.g. sustainability reporting, sustainability scoring, sustainability certificates)

Your profile:
* Strong interest in real estate and sustainability
* Fit with Deepki's values: Drive, Commitment, Righteousness and Goodwill
* Innovative and proactive mindset
* Will to learn and grow
* Proficient at using analytical and visualization tools (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
* Curious about our data driven sustainability platform Deepki Ready
* Excellent listening and proactive communication skills
* Fluent in German & English
* Pursuing a Degree in Engineering, Business, Social Sciences, Architecture, or similar disciplines
* Based in Berlin

Nice to have skills:
* Experience in real estate and/or sustainability
* Programming skills (Python/R)
* Proficiency in additional languages
