Job Description

You are joining our Residential Asset Management team, for an apprenticeship from 1 or 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Commercial Follow-up;
* Participation in the preparation of the annual business plan;
* Participation in the asset management of assets under the responsibility of the AM;
* Intervention on operational tasks related to assets delegated by the Asset Managers;
* Transversal tasks (specific studies, market analysis surveys, collection and synthesis of information to guide the strategy of certain assets);
