STATEGIC PLANNING APPRENTICE
APPRENTICESHIP OF 1 YEAR - SEPTEMBER 2026

As a Strategic Planning Apprentice, you will support the Global Strategic Planning team in transforming data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions on portfolio management. This role is ideal for an earlycareer professional looking to develop strong strategic and analytical skills within a fastpaced, international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Strategic Planning Apprentice, your focus is Business Analysis Support and Project Management.

Your main focus:

* Support the analysis of sales performance, market trends, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, growth levers and contribute to the development of strategic recommendations.

* Contribute to strategic planning projects by synthesizing insights and building impactful and compelling presentations.

* Assist in the management of innovation sizing.

* Support the preparation of key internal and external meetings, ensuring high standards of data accuracy, clarity, and visual storytelling.

* Assist in the preparation of retailers' meetings at the HQ.

You will be part of a newly created department of Strategic Planning & Trade Marketing with a Strategic Planning team of two and collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders including Trade Marketing teams and the CMI community. You will thrive in a collaborative, passionate, and openminded environment where diverse perspectives drive innovation and growth.

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

You have strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail. You enjoy solving complex problems and turning insights into valuable recommendations. You can work methodically in an agile, diverse, and international environment. A passion for Luxury Beauty will be highly appreciated.

Other than that, you:

* Prepare a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Marketing or Management.

* Have excellent analytical and synthetical skills and have the ability to draw appropriate conclusions and communicate them in an assertive manner.

* Are comfortable working with numbers, being detail-oriented and rigorous.

* English is the company language. French is a bonus but not required.
