Job Description

You are joining our Real Active Operations team, which is looking for an apprentice Private Asset Management Assistant and Fund Controller, for an alternation of 1 or 2 years from August or September 2026.
The Real Active Operations team is responsible for monitoring investment funds and executing operations for Energy Transition, Private Equity and Natural Capital financing activities. The role of the team covers, in particular, accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds, monitoring of equity and debt investment portfolios, investor relations as part of capital calls or the production of reports.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- The accounting, financial and regulatory monitoring of funds, in particular for:
* The validation and payment of invoices
* The monitoring of budgets and funds' cash flow
* The verification of management data
* The production of net assets
* Cash and securities reconciliations
- The monitoring of portfolio transactions and the subscription of investors in funds by:
* The preparation of capital call transfers
* The collection of data for investors' requests
* The exchanges with the depositories of the funds
* The annual confirmation cycle of portfolio companies
* The establishment of transactional loan calendar schedules
- The preparation of reports:
* In support of the Fund Controllers and with the Reporting team on periodic reports of funds
* In collaboration with the Investor Relations team to respond to specific requests related to the activity and fundraising.
You will also have the opportunity to follow a portfolio of private equity funds with the appointed fund controllers, checking the monthly valuation of their portfolios and attending investment committees and valuation committees.
You will also be able to participate in other department projects depending on the needs at the time of your apprenticeship, such as processing requests from other transversal departments concerning the middle office.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student level Bac+3/4, you prepare a university degree or business school, with a specialization in Accounting, Audit or Finance.
