Job Description

You will be joining the International RFP team (dedicated to France), composed of 10 employees, which is looking for a Management RFP Officer for a 1-year apprenticeship starting in mid-September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating or updating documents in French or English to respond to client or prospect inquiries about our products ('Request for Information' or 'Due Diligence'), ensuring a high level of quality and respecting client deadlines. In this context, you will interact with all Group Asset Management companies that provide responses and validate the final documents (i.e., Product Managers, Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, Trading, etc.).
* Participating in commercial development support projects (activity monitoring and reporting, etc.).
* Creating dedicated presentations for client or prospect meetings.
* Organizing site visits for clients or prospects (Operational Due Diligence / Risk Due Diligence).
* Handling and processing ad-hoc requests from sales representatives.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You are a student pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5 level), or equivalent (university, business school, or engineering school diploma), with a specialization in asset management.

You can be proactive and are curious and dynamic.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
