Job Description

You are joining our BU Actions team from the AWM division, who is looking for a Assistant Manager Social Economy and Solidare, for an alternation of 1 year from September 2026.
You will be attached to the Social and Solidarity Management team (2 senior managers and 2 financial analysts), which manages 2 solidarity FSPs and 2 solidarity FCPs.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Participation in updating the financial tracking sheets of solidarity issuers (contacting the issuers, sending quarterly requests for information, collecting annual and interim accounts, updating the sheets etc...);
* Support for the follow-up of LAB requests (Anti-Blanchiment Fight) for FPS and for FCP (according to separate procedures);
* Be the privileged interlocutor with the middle office, particularly in monitoring the FCPRs in which the FPSs invest: fund calls, reporting, monitoring of valuations, etc.;
* Follow the exchanges with the Legal Department of NIM I and our partner France Active for FCP (monitoring of BAO);
* Participate in the validation of monthly fund reporting.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at the Bac+2 level, you are preparing a degree in BTS or BUT with a specialization in Management.
You have good knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point tools.
You are recognized for your logical mind, your rigor, and your curiosity.
You thrive in a stimulating and collaborative environment.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
