Job Description

You will join our Business Management & Transformation team within the Client Support Group (CSG) department, which is looking for a Financial Controller/Financial Steering for a 1 or 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to the monthly headcount monitoring of our various international platforms and monitoring service provider costs.
* Participating in the budget and Forecasting process with Operational Departments, producing financial reports, and qualitative analysis in English.
* Participating in the monitoring of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) specific to the Client Support Group department.
* Participating in the production and monitoring of reports related to the Group's New Products & New Activities (NPNA) and assisting in the analysis of their impact on business lines.
* Assisting with specific Business Management tasks.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at BAC+4/5 level (Master's degree equivalent), you are pursuing a degree (university, business school, or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance. You are independent and proactive. You are proficient in the Office suite and advanced Excel functions. Ideally, you also have knowledge of the investment banking environment. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
