Job Description

You join the Allo Experts team, a customer relationship center for PRO/TPE/SMEs with a commercial focus, an expert in employee savings and retirement, who is looking for a Corporate Relations Officer, for an alternation of 2 years from September 2026.
As a Business Relations Officer, your main tasks will be:

Participate in the customer relationship activity: incoming calls, outgoing calls;

Contribute to the commercial development of Natixis Interépargne: assistance with underwriting for BPCE business managers and their clients, remote presentation and sales, handling prospects, commercial rebound during calls;

Support emails from Pro/TPE/SME and Network clients;
*
Assist the Leaders (Leader Manager and Expert Leader) in their missions related to the organization and projects impacting the service.
