Job Description

You join our dynamic team of RFP-International, composed of 10 experts based in Paris and London. We are looking for two Responsible for Tenders and Due Diligence (DDQ) for an alternation of 1 year, from September/October 2026.
You will evolve at the heart of the activity of responding to calls for tenders, under the responsibility of an Expert Leader and in close collaboration with your tutor. Your role will be transversal, leading you to interact with all the key asset management departments of our different management companies, both in France and internationally, including portfolio management, analysis, middle office, finance, legal, compliance, risks, reporting, customer service, communication, strategy, trading, sales teams.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Creation and Writing: You will actively contribute to the creation, drafting, and updating of responses to Due Diligence questionnaires (DDQ) and tenders, in French and English. You tailor the content precisely to meet the requirements of each audience, ensuring a high level of quality, clarity, relevance and persuasiveness;
* Management and Validation: You manage the collection of information from various management companies and commercial teams around the world. You oversee the complete finalization of questionnaires, coordinate key internal validations (Compliance, Legal, Risks, etc.) and ensure strict adherence to deadlines imposed by our clients and prospects;
* Commercial Support: You provide reactive and strategic support to the sales teams. You manage ad hoc and strategic requests, contribute to business development projects, and produce relevant activity tracking and reports.
