Job Description

You join our team, which is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager, for an apprenticeship of 1 year from the September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* To handle, analyze and process requests received within the scope of the service or assign them to the right recipient;
* To receive calls from sales representatives of the BPCE Network and Natixis Wealth Management by qualifying the request, analyzing it while providing an exhaustive response;
