Job Description

Position and missions
You join the Business Management & Administration department of the Natixis Risk Department who is looking for a Apprentice - Management of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), for a alternance from 1 to 2 years from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Update the Business Impacts Analysis (BIA) framing the PCA in the computer tool BPCE dedicated to the management of the PCA; completely review the BIA at least once a year;
* Participate in the maintenance of the CrisisCare PCA device on mobile phones (directory, authorizations);
* Prepare the support file for the PCA steering committee;
* Organize and participate in crisis exercises at fallback sites or in Remote Work (identification of participants, coordination with the central PCA team, participation in exercises, drafting a report);
* Manage PCA crises (flood, pandemic, ...): organize crisis management, participate in the meetings of the Crisis Unit and in the information meetings of the Natixis cross-functional PCA, coordinate the internal action plan with the management, write a report;
* Manage PCA computer authorizations for Remote Work in case of crisis;
* Update the Business Continuity Plan and the Crisis Management Plan;
* Regularly update the Crisis Management Booklet detailing the crisis management procedure;
* Adapt the system in case of a reorganization of the Risk Department or changes to the general framework of Natixis PCAs;
* Follow the results of e-learning campaigns to raise awareness about PCA.
* Participate in extended work outside the PCA scope to support your internship supervisor and other members of the department (occasional studies, participation in the construction of dashboards, ...)
