Job Description

You are joining our Green & Sustainable Hub (GSH) team within the Large Client Bank, which is looking for an intern to join its business management for a duration of 1 year from September 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Production of analyses and strategic reports around the green objectives and sustainable finance of Natixis CIB.
- Performance reports for the management of GSH activities (weekly/monthly);
- Reports for external and financial communications (quarterly and annual), extraction of reports from information systems;
- Industrialization using or creating simple tools: Excel, Power BI, VBA macro or python, AI
* Analyze customer data and define commercial action plans: results management, ESG Data, Evolution of the GWF color rating evolution, ESR strategy in relation with the Green Weighting Factor team and data providers;
* Implementation of procedures and quality control: monitor and ensure the quality of data/information systems/dedicated tools and maintain GSH tools and processes;
* Accompany the team in change management and training preparation: keep process documentation up to date and review process effectiveness as needed, prepare audit engagements and formalize process documentation, support for cross-cutting initiatives.
