YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This internship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from 1st September 2026. Mélanie PITTET, Talent Director Operations in the team of Global Human Resources - will guide you through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role:
Your main responsibilities will be:
* Contribute to Global Talent cycles, including performance management, succession planning, talent review and related processes, with a specific focus on the Director population. 
* Support in recruitment and internal mobility processes  
* Conduct talent data analyses to generate insights for the function and support strategic decision making.  
* Support coordination of Development Programs  ( onboarding, mentoring…) for the function , ensuring smooth execution. 
* Collaborate closely with HRBPs worldwide and functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Talent initiatives.

For this position, we are looking for someone:
* Available from September 2026 for a duration of 12 months
* At the level of Bac 4/5 in university, business school
* Fluency in English as a day to day working language
* Strong analytical skills and an affinity for digital and AI
* Interpersonal skills capacity to engage diverse colleagues across cultures
* Attention to details, organized, rigorous and autonomous
* Interest in people development, talent management and data-driven decision making
* Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different stakeholders
