Job Description

You will join our team within the Marketing, Offers & Digital Department at Natixis Interépargne, which is seeking an Operational Marketing Officer for a 1-year work-study program beggining in September 2026.
You will become part of a close-knit team of three people, where dialogue, co-creation, and mutual support are central. Each member is encouraged to share their ideas and actively contribute to project development. Your ability to propose new ideas will be essential to enrich our marketing actions and collectively advance our initiatives.
In collaboration with your female mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Creating, updating, and/or adapting communication materials (guides, flyers, posters, etc.) and sales support materials;
* Working in close collaboration with the "Products" teams of the Marketing, Offers & Digital Department in the design and execution of our marketing actions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a student at BAC+2 level, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) in Marketing or Communication.
You are familiar with the main creation tools of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Knowledge of Vyond is a plus.
You are rigorous, demonstrate good organization, and can meet deadlines while expressing your creativity.
You possess good listening skills and interpersonal qualities, and you enjoy teamwork.
