Your missions :
* Support for new product launches: You will assist Product Managers in the operational follow-up of new launches, from the briefing phase to market availability.
* Product life cycle management: You will contribute to monitoring the performance of existing product lines, analyzing sales and stock levels, and proposing corrective actions or optimizations (promotions, SKU rationalization).
* Market and competitor analysis: You will continuously monitor trends in the luxury beauty market, product innovations, and the strategies of our competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Your Profile
* You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
* You are fluent in English and French.
* You master marketing project management (360° activations, support development...), content production (agency management, pre/post-production monitoring, writing and translating product pages), event organization, and you are comfortable with the Office Pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
* You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.

The Recruitment Process
* Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
* Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the missions of the role.
