For a very ambitious agile-at-scale program, leveraging state-of-the-art ways of working & technologies that carries major business stakes, we are looking for a UX Designer-Researcher.

You will work on a large-scale CRM at the core of internal operations, supporting key business operations. It is used daily by Sales, Customer Care, and various support functions.

In this B2E context, you will tackle complex user journeys, legacy systems, and operational constraints requiring pragmatic, research-driven design decisions.

You will report to the Lead User Researcher and directly assist the CRM user researcher. You will interact with Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers and Stakeholders.

As UX Designer-Researcher, you will:

Design User-Centered Solutions in Constrained Environments

* Develop an understanding of professional user contexts, workflows, and business needs

* Translate UX research insights into structured and actionable design directions

* Produce design deliverables (wireframes, high-def mockups, prototypes) aligned with identified needs

* Integrate the specific constraints of CRM systems (complex workflows, information density, business rules...) into design proposals

* Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and project requirements

* Make informed trade-offs between usability, technical constraints, and business objectives

Contribute to UX Research initiative (support role)

* Assist in preparing user research activities (interview guides, test protocols...)

* Support the execution of user interviews and usability testing sessions

* Contribute to the analysis of collected data (synthesis, identification of pain points, initial interpretations...)

* Help formalize research outputs (personas, user journeys, insights)

You could be our next teammate if:

* You are currently within a master's program in Ergonomics, UX design... or another relevant training program requiring 1 or 2 years of apprenticeship.

* You are familiar with user-centered design principles and know how to manage its main steps: needs analysis, definition and modeling of user journey, wireframing, high-definition mock-ups, and user testing.

* You are Interested in working in complex B2E environments on internal tools with strong functional constraints that may be less visually appealing but critical to business operations

* You bring critical thinking, an analytical mindset, and great planning and organizational skills

* Fluency in both oral and written French and English (international teams); other languages appreciated.
