We are thrilled to invite ambitious graduate candidates who would like to build a career in Salesforce to apply for our Apprenticeship Program.

This exciting program is designed to built the foundational skills for sales roles to begin a Salesforce Sales careers.

Our Apprenticeship program is a fully immersive experience, combining comprehensive learning paths with in-role experience. You will be assigned experienced Sales manager who will provide hands-on coaching.

What will you be doing ?

We are looking for a Sales Program Apprentice to join our Sales Programs team. This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the design and execution of strategic sales programs, while building solid expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Contribute to the planning and tracking of sales programs (incentives, contests, enablement, go-to-market)
* Participate in cross-functional project management in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams
* Assist in creating communication materials and reports for sales teams
* Analyze program performance and propose optimization recommendations
* Support the logistical coordination of sales events and initiatives (kick-offs, trainings, webinars)
* Track KPIs and help maintain dashboards and scorecards
* Interact with internal stakeholders to gather data needed for programs
* Extract and analyze data from CRM (Salesforce) and BI tools to support sales programs
* Build and maintain analytical reports and dashboards to track sales team performance
* Conduct ad hoc studies and exploratory analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Contribute to data quality and governance by ensuring consistency and reliability of key metrics
* Automate data collection and processing workflows to improve operational efficiency

Nous recherchons un(e) Sales Program Apprentice pour rejoindre notre équipe Sales Programs. Cette alternance est une opportunité unique de contribuer activement à la conception et à l'exécution de programmes commerciaux stratégiques, tout en développant une expertise solide dans un environnement international et dynamique.

Missions principales

* Contribuer à la planification et au suivi des programmes commerciaux (incentives, contests, enablement, go-to-market)
* Participer à la gestion de projets transverses en collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Marketing, Finance et Operations
* Aider à la création de supports de communication et de reporting à destination des équipes commerciales
* Analyser les performances des programmes et proposer des recommandations d'optimisation
* Soutenir la coordination logistique des événements et initiatives sales (kick-offs, trainings, webinaires)
* Assurer le suivi des KPIs et contribuer à la mise à jour des dashboards et tableaux de bord
* Interagir avec les parties prenantes internes pour collecter les données nécessaires aux programmes
* Extraire et analyser des données issues des outils CRM (Salesforce) et BI pour alimenter les programmes commerciaux
* Construire et maintenir des rapports et dashboards analytiques permettant de suivre la performance des équipes de vente
* Réaliser des études ad hoc et des analyses exploratoires pour identifier des tendances, opportunités et axes d'amélioration
* Contribuer à la qualité et à la gouvernance des données en assurant la cohérence et la fiabilité des indicateurs
* Automatiser des processus de collecte et de traitement de données pour gagner en efficacité opérationnelle
