Job Description

You will join our Equity Derivatives Sales team for a 1-year Apprenticeship starting in September 2026.
The candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in the entire process of generating ideas for equity derivatives, creating products, issuing, and monitoring in the secondary market.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main responsibilities will be:
* Pricing and execution of equity structured products - primary and secondary;
* Generating ideas for structured products and solutions; Preparing necessary documentation such as term sheets/KIDs, etc.;
* Preparing commercial presentations (macroeconomic overview, solution description, pros and cons, back-testing);
* Conducting monthly reporting and quantitative analysis necessary for sales arguments, as well as analyzing the risk profile of solutions;
* Monitoring processed transactions (reporting, valuation); Monitoring market trends for investment solutions.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Bac+5 level student, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Finance. You have a general understanding of financial markets. You have knowledge and experience with derivative products (pricing, strategies, etc.). You are available, quick, rigorous, and committed. You can work in a team while also being autonomous. You view constructive criticism as an opportunity for growth. You possess strong oral and written communication skills (in English and French). You have a mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
