Job Description

You will join our Delta one/Indexing Sales Desk team, within the Global Securities Financing (GSF) trading floor, which is looking for a Sales Assistant for a 1-year apprenticeship starting August - September 2026.
Within the market activities of the Corporate Clients Bank (BGC), GSF is the result of the merger of Fixed Income Repo and Equity Finance/Synthetic Delta One-Indexing activities. This trading department brings together nearly 80 people worldwide (Europe, North America, Asia).
In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will include:
* Participating in the daily activities of the Desk; Interacting with the GSF team (Paris, London, New York, APAC) on data monitoring and analysis within the scope of client interaction;
* Assisting in the issuance of new products (EMTN);
* Supervising primary/secondary orders on issued EMTNs;
* Monitoring client activity on Synthetic Indexing/Delta one;
* Writing marketing presentations and commercial brochures; Conducting various research requested by sales representatives;
* Participating in the drafting of term sheets/fact sheets on the entire range of products issued.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

Student at Bac+4/5 level, you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Finance/Mathematics/Economics. You have good macroeconomic and financial knowledge. You demonstrate analytical skills and a good ability to synthesize information. You show diligence, rigor, initiative, and teamwork. You have mastered the Office Pack as well as VBA, which is a significant asset. You have previous experience in a trading room, which is a plus. And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
