Job Brief

We are looking for recent graduates or final-year students from Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related disciplines to join our Analytics team as Associate Analysts.

In this role, you will work on transforming raw data into meaningful insights and scalable data solutions. You will learn to build and maintain data pipelines, perform data analysis, and support analytics use cases aligned with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, a good foundation in data structures and programming (Python or Java), and a willingness to learn modern data, cloud, and analytics technologies.

Comprehensive training (up to 3 months) will be provided on programming fundamentals, big data concepts, agile practices, visualization tools, DevOps, AWS cloud services, and the organization's data platforms and products.

Eligibility Criteria (Campus Hiring)
· Education:
o B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields
· Graduation Status:
o In 3rd year or graduating in the current academic year
· Experience:
o 0-1 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Required Skills
Technical Skills
· Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
· Programming knowledge in Python or Java
· Foundational knowledge of SQL and databases
· Familiarity with data analytics or big data concepts (academic or project exposure is sufficient)
· Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS preferred, training will be provided)
Soft Skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
· Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, agile environment
