About the programme:
This 12-month apprenticeship, under India's National Apprenticeship Training Scheme, provides valuable on-the-job training; Please note, there is no obligation for permanent employment with Deutsche Bank Group upon completion of the Apprenticeship Training tenure.

Role Description
* The Apprentice - Asset Management Operations role is part of DWS Operations and supports key operational processes across the asset management lifecycle. This position is offered under an apprenticeship program and is intended to provide structured, hands-on training within a controlled and regulated environment.
* The role offers exposure to core asset management operations while developing an understanding of Deutsche Bank's / DWS governance, risk, and control framework.

Your key responsibilities
* Support day-to-day asset management operational activities including trade lifecycle support, reconciliations, data validation & Reporting
* Assist in ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of operational data across systems
* Perform routine operational checks in line with documented procedures and service standards
* Support preparation of standard operational and management information reports
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to assist with resolution of operational breaks and queries
* Maintain documentation and records in accordance with audit, risk, and regulatory requirements
* Adhere to Deutsche Bank and DWS policies, procedures, and control standards at all times

Your skills and experience
* Basic understanding of financial markets or asset management concepts
* Strong attention to detail and analytical approach
* Working knowledge of MS Excel and standard office applications
* Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
* Willingness to learn in a process-driven and control-focused environment
