Technical Apprentice

Join us as an Apprentice on our Inside Sales India team in Bangalore/Gurgaon to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve
As an Apprentice, you will be responsible for driving sales for our ground-breaking products by building positive relationships with customers through digital communication. You will own the brand of Dell Technologies, ensuring every customer interaction is tailored and outstanding.
You will:
· Assist and support Inside Sales Account Managers in their day-to-day activities.
. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach and social selling.
. Engage with customer to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Building rapport and establishing trust to nurture relationships with potential clients and generate pipeline for future opportunities.

. Address customer queries and concerns during pre-sales and post sales requirements (Documents/Quotes submission, Order processing, Delivery tracking, Installation arrangement, Escalations management etc.).

Essential Requirements
· Completed B. Tech/B.E. degree in 2023/2024/2025 and interested in sales role.

. Excellent social and communication skills (both written and verbal).

. High interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team and customer-facing environment.

. Selling and negotiation skills.

. Comfortable adopting and using AI tools to improve ways of working
