Bilingual Account Manager Trainee

In this role, you'll manage and operate a Hilti Store to maximize walk-in sales and support smaller field accounts, all while delivering exceptional customer service. You'll help construction professionals find the right solutions, demonstrate cutting-edge products, and build trusted relationships that last. This isn't just retail-it's hands-on partnership that drives productivity, safety, and sustainability while accelerating your career.

Must be fluent in Spanish

What You'll Bring

* High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
* Previous customer service and/or sales skills preferred.
* Ability to lead change and adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
* Drive to develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
* Must be willing to relocate within 18-24 months.
