Are you an ambitious and purpose-driven recent university graduate passionate about innovation, food quality, and sustainability? GBfoods Africa is offering an opportunity through a structured 24-month Graduate Trainee Program which will provide you with hands-on experience, training, mentorship and exposure across the Africa business.

GBfoods Africa operates in 24 countries with a Regional office in Accra - Ghana.

Requirements

What we Seek:
* Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology, Agriculture Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Automation Engineering, or other related engineering field. A Master's Degree in a Business Administration or a related Business program is a plus.
* Recent graduate (applicants must have graduated and earned their degree in 2023, 2024 or 2025) with First Class/ Excellent Equivalent or Second Class Upper/ Very Good Equivalent
* Curious to learn, ambitious, purpose-driven, and ready to make a sustainable impact
* English Language Proficiency
* Applicants from Ghana, Nigeria and Algeria

Skills:
* A learning mindset, resilient and good problem-solving skills
* English Language Proficiency
* Very good written, oral communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work effectively in multicultural, collaborative environments
* Passion for innovation, learning, and driving impact in Africa
