The Commercial Graduate Program at Red Bull Norway is a comprehensive 1.5-year journey designed to develop future leaders in the fields of Marketing and/or Sales. This rotational program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of our commercial operations, preparing you for a successful career at Red Bull.

Brand Marketing

- Assist in the development and excecution of marketing campaigns including media planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Support event planning and sponsorship activities

Junior Key Account Manager in Off Premise Sales

- Manage relationships with key retail partners
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and sales
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
*
Business developer in On Premise Sales

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the On Premise universe
- Build and maintain strong relationships with On Premise partners
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption

EXPERIENCE

Graduate with a Master`s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
