What will you be involved in?
Our Graduate Customer Insights Programme is designed for graduates who are analytical, curious about people and behaviour, and passionate about using data to understand what customers really need. You'll join Sage's insights function, working alongside our Market & Competitor Intelligence team to gather, analyse and synthesise customer intelligence that supports strategic decision-making across Corporate Strategy, Product Strategy and Go-To-Market teams. You'll work with large and complex data sets, and directly on projects that influence executive and board-level decisions, helping Sage understand customer needs, behaviours and experiences in ways that strengthen our competitive position and accelerate growth.
Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
During your time on the programme, you could be involved in:
* Analysing large customer data sets, including product usage, behavioural, survey and feedback data, to uncover trends, patterns and actionable insights
* Supporting the design and delivery of customer research, including surveys, interviews and customer panels
* Segmenting customers to understand different needs, behaviours and experiences across Sage's markets
* Exploring innovative new ways to gather insights, including AI-powered analysis, social listening and emerging research techniques
* Translating insights into clear narratives and recommendations that inform product, marketing and customer experience decisions
* Building reports and dashboards that communicate customer insights clearly to senior stakeholders
* Collaborating with Market & Competitor Intelligence colleagues to combine customer, market and competitor perspectives into a complete picture
This programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands-on experience from day one, with the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow, helping you build the skills, confidence and experience needed for a long-term career in customer insights, research, analytics or strategy.
