Throughout the program, you will work on meaningful P&O topics and projects that will vary by rotation, giving you broad exposure across P&O and the opportunity to discover where you can make the biggest impact.
You will be supported by a dedicated manager and a senior P&O mentor, and you will benefit from a wide range of technical and soft skill trainings designed to accelerate both your professional and personal growth.

Your Personal Growth:
As part of your personal growth, you will have:
* Diverse training to enhance technical and soft skills.
* Gain experience in working for a multinational high quality, affordable medicines company delivering almost a billion patient treatments annually.
* Experience supporting global, regional, and country P&O teams in delivering key people processes (i.e., P&O operations, employee engagement, etc.)
* Experience in contributing to cross-functional P&O projects that drive efficiency and improve business performance, employee experience, workforce capability, and organizational effectiveness.
* Gain experience in analyzing P&O data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that help improve talent strategies, policies, and decision making.
* Access to Sandoz suite of personal growth learning programs.
What you'll bring to the program:
* Recently completed/close to completing Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
* Prior exposure in a business environment (i.e., project work, part-time roles, or similar professional experiences) is valued, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities or voluntary work.
* Fluent in English (C1/C2 level); additional languages would be beneficial.
* Able to relocate internationally for the duration of the program (8-12 months per rotation).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
* Adaptable, collaborative and eager to learn, with a global mindset and ability to work across different cultures and environments.
