Ready to own financial impact from day one? Join Finance MT and turn bold thinking into real business results.
We're launching a 24-month, fast-track Finance Management Trainee (MT) program for early-career professionals with minimum 2 years of finance experience, ideally in audit or consulting firms. You'll rotate across two core finance functions-Credit & Collections and Accounting & Tax-owning meaningful deliverables from day one.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
* 2-3 years of experience in Audit and/or Consulting firms
* Solid understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and core tax principles.
* Familiarity with credit risk/AR topics and financial statement analysis.
* Proficiency with Excel; experience with SAP and Power BI (or similar) is an advantage.
* Fluent English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
* Collaborative, analytical, and curious mindset with the courage to challenge the status quo.
* International exposure through studies, internships or working experience (preferred)
* Mobility to rotate across functions
* Resident in Istanbul
