We are looking for

We are looking for new travel agents with experience in Travel Industry and customer care that have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway
* Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
* Responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
* Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
* Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
* Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Your basic qualifications
* At least 2 years of previous experience in the Travel Industry
* Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Saibour) or previous experience in a local travel agency
* Excellent knowledge, both written and spoken of the Italian AND English
* Availability to work in shifts with rotation (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check
