Your 'day to day':
* Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Deliver the Sales Execution Plan and meet team KPIs for business and consumer results.
* Consumer Journey & Touchpoints: Identify key channels and locations, and lead IQOS Universe touchpoints (stores, booths, mobile POS), including permits and setup.
* Deployment & Conversion: Run activities that support consumer adoption and provide clear, responsible information about RRPs.
* Product Availability & Merchandising: Ensure products are available and maintain merchandising standards to build brand image.
* Reporting & Budget Tracking: Monitor budgets, prepare reports, and track progress.
* Team & Third-Party Management: Guide and coach teams, lead partners, and ensure performance meets targets.
* Compliance & Safety: Follow PMI principles, safety standards, and marketing codes; maintain equipment and report incidents.
Who we're looking for:
* University degree preferred
* Experience in sales or marketing, third-party management, or team supervision
* Advanced English and MS Office skills
* Active driving license
* Knowledge of the relevant territory, consumer insights, and brand knowledge preferred
