OTC Cash App Junior Analyst

The Cash App Junior reports to the Cash App Team Lead or Supervisor. This position is focused on contributing to daily tasks related to cash application, supporting the team to ensure customer payments are processed with care and attention to detail. The role is centered on the timely application of payments and learning the processes and systems used in the Business Service Center.

Job Description

Follow established collaborative workflows to manage receivables according to internal processes and customer segmentation. Help find arrangements to settle customer accounts and collect amounts due in a supportive manner.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide necessary documentation to foster understanding. Identify and suggest solutions for issues related to accounts receivables. Partner with relevant departments to transfer claims and communicate necessary information to reconcile balances.

Keep track and follow up on claims and litigations. Partner with relevant departments on their resolution and on booking adjustments to maintain project momentum.

Analyze customers' credit balances and request updates to support accuracy. Maintain the consistency and quality of customer master data.

Prepare activity reports as defined in procedures and conduct ad-hoc analysis when required to add value to the team. Respond to inquiries related to customer accounts and document collection efforts thoroughly.

Qualifications and Competencies

* Technical degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Economics.
* 0-2 years of experience in a similar professional environment.
* Advanced English required
