Job Title: Operations specialist
City: Don Torcuato, Argentina

As Operations specialist you will be responsible for supporting Quality, Safety, projects, KPI maintenance ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards. Your key responsibilities

- Support Quality and Safety Investigations
- Review of production documentation, mantain Operations KPI.
- Support the different teams in projects.
-Provide HS&E support to internal clients, including training, reports, tools, investigations, relevant KPIs, observations, internal audits during plant walkthroughs, and assistance with performance presentations for management systems.
-Assist the HS&E team in implementing best practices, deploying SHE tools and procedures, and adopting a hands-on approach for the development and implementation of local solutions. Support SHE iniatives.
-Actively contribute to maintaining and ensuring compliance with the FSSC 22000, ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 management systems.

You Bring

- Student or graduate of the careers of Engineering degree (industrial, chemical, food)
- Experience in production, SHE or Quality areas (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP or similar systems
- Intermediate/advanced english level
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, and safety standards
- Teamwork, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
