El Especialista de Calidad Operacional, reportará al Supervisor de Calidad Operacional.

Responsabilidades:
* Proveer soporte permanente a todas las áreas de la planta para garantizar que las operaciones se realizan en el marco del cumplimiento de GMP.
* Identificar temprana y proactivamente riesgos o debilidades en los procesos de la planta y proponer y accionar planes de trabajo para su resolución.
* Identificar incumplimientos básicos de GMP (housekeeping, documentación, comportamientos) y proveer apoyo para su inmediata resolución.
* Asegurar que los desvíos y reclamos sean investigados profunda y efectivamente, a tiempo y en completo cumplimiento con los lineamientos corporativos, que las acciones mitiguen o eliminen las causas de dichos desvíos y que se evalúen tendencias para entender las principales causas, procesos o áreas de riesgo.

¿Por qué tú?
Tus calificaciones requeridas:
* Formación: Estudiante (fecha estimada de graduación en 2027), y/o Graduado universitario de formación preferiblemente orientado a Farmacia o afines (Química, Bioquímica o Ingeniería Química).
* Experiencia: +2 años de experiencia previa en roles similares adquirida en industria farmacéutica, con planta productiva (excluyente) en el manejo de desvíos, reclamos, acciones correctivas y preventivas, manejo de controles de cambio.
* Conocimiento de BPM (Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura).
* Inglés: Nivel Básico (A1/A2).
* Paquete Office: Nivel Básico.
* Disponibilidad para trabajar full time 100% de forma presencial de LUNES A VIERNES en el turno TARDE de 14:00 A 22:00 hs. y/o en el turno NOCHE de 22:00 a 06:00 hs. en nuestra planta ubicada en Victoria, San Fernando, Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Será un plus:
* Haber realizado auditorías (como auditor líder o parte del grupo auditor).
* Conocimiento de tecnología en manufactura farmacéutica (deseable).
* Experiencia utilizando herramientas de resolución de problemas (5 porqués, tormenta de ideas, etc).
* Manejo de herramientas básicas de Excelencia Operacional (5S, RCA).
