Serving as point of contact for our international customers via various digital communication platforms and by phone
Independently processing orders and maintaining order-related data
Implementing and monitoring various payment methods
Coordinating and organizing global shipments
Invoicing and preparation of export and shipping documents
A diverse range of responsibilities in an international environment
Daily interaction with different cultures and markets

Requisiti del candidato:

Background in business and professional experience in a related field, ideally in an export role
Excellent written and spoken English and German; any additional language is a plus
IT-savvy person, proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
Team player with strong organizational skills who enjoys interacting with customers
Proficient, friendly, and clear communication skills as well as intercultural understanding
