Job Description:
* You manage and maintain the reporting ecosystem for marketing channels and their spend.
* You take ownership of the optimisation of the marketing cost, -budget and -performance reporting processes
* You control and audit the marketing spend to find insights, inefficiencies and opportunities.
* You monitor relevant business numbers to identify opportunities and proactively share recommendations with our marketing- and other business teams
* You collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate non-technical requests into actionable analysis that help optimising the marketing efficiency further
* You critically review relevant KPIs to optimise our client acquisition and -retention
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in high-growth environments with dynamic marketing budgets
* Strong SQL skills
* Analytical problem solving
* The ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for business teams
* Experience in data visualisation (e.g. via tools such as Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, Looker)
* Strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership. Attention to detail and processes.
* Fluency in English
* Previous experience in Finance or regulated markets is a plus
