Job Description

Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

You will be responsible for managing the order fulfillment process (stock allocation against sales orders) and follow up of promotional sales to ensure timely initiation of display co packing.

How you will contribute

You will:
* Manage the order fulfilment process (stock allocation, creating delivery notes, out of stock reporting)
* Balance supply constraints and delivery of service levels through cross-functional alignment (f.e. quota management)
* Use appropriate tools and processes such as availability checks and stock allocation rules
* Follow up results and customer orders against promotional forecast
* Initiate display copacking in order to deliver customer orders on time in full
* Actively participate in meetings with stakeholders (sales, CS&L, shopper activation team)
* Closely collaborate with the Customer Collaboration Team on out of stocks and delivery dates.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
* Good numerical, analytical and logical reasoning skills
* Microsoft office applications - good knowledge of excel
* SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
* A customer-facing role within customer service, logistics or sales
* Experience in an order-to-cash environment
* Experience in customer service, logistics and sales
* Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

More about this role

This is a temporary assignment and, as such, the contract will run until mid November 2026.

* First relevant experience in Customer Service & Logistics

Education / Certifications:

* Bachelor or Master degree

Language:
* Fluent in Dutch, English, basic knowledge of French
