Support Clinical Nutrition division's products within the project management team. Role and responsibilities: * Key activities include project planning, prioritization and coordination, project risk assessment and mitigation, stakeholder communication and collaboration with the cross functional team members and leaders * Use project management software to create and maintain project plans, conduct regular meetings, provide agendas and document and distribute meeting minutes, follow up on action items * Host remote meetings using MS Teams and zoom or hold in person meetings using video conference technologies while in the Baxter office site * Continually assess and prioritize defined project tasks, prioritize, and understand interdependencies, within strict schedules, through individual effort and coordination of the work of others * Lead and/or support small - medium size projects to ensure products lifecycle and compliance with latest regulations * Support Budget cycles, tracking, and administration of project resource and budget tracking to ensure project is executed within budget and on time *Use of AI and digital tools

Requisiti del candidato:

· Strong attention to detail, well organized · First experience in the pharma sector · Strong leadership potential · Excellent communication skills in English · Affinity with AI and digital tools
