Job Title: Commercial Services Manager
City: Cotia, SP, Brasil

As a Commercial Services Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and supporting commercial strategies across LATAM for the Fragrance & Beauty (P&B) division.
You'll lead operations, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis, acting as the key liaison between commercial and operations teams. By monitoring sales performance and delivering actionable insights, you will enable seamless processes and fuel business growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities

* Lead operational initiatives and regulatory updates.
* Act as superuser for Business Intelligence reports.
* Drive forecasting, budgeting, and demand planning.
* Monitor sales performance and key commercial metrics.
* Provide financial analysis and pricing support.
* Collaborate with operations and planning teams.

You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Previous experience in a similar role or in related areas.
* Experience with Power BI, including dashboard creation, editing, and maintenance.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Fluent English.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Commercial mindset with a motivational and results-driven profile.
* High analytical capability and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
