Job Purpose

The Junior Installation Engineer will support the preparation and execution of installation engineering activities, contributing to the development of executive procedures, technical assessments, and process improvements. This role is designed for someone who is proactive, committed, eager to learn, and interested in developing technical knowledge in installation engineering and offshore operations

Job Description

* Prepare installation engineering procedures and technical documentation.
* Perform engineering calculations and technical feasibility assessments.
* Support offshore installation planning activities for flexible pipe systems.
* Identify project risks and propose effective technical solutions.
* Drive process improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution
* Location: Eco Sapucaí

You are meant for this job if:

* Engineering degree.
* Intermediate English.
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
* Critical thinker with a solution-oriented mindset.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Interest in installation engineering and offshore operations.
* Knowledge of flexible pipe systems, subsea equipment, or PLSV operations is a plus.
