Position Description: Metabolism is one of the key areas of focus for Eli Lilly now and in the future. The position is work with a key brand of the current portfolio. Brand Manager for Metabolism, reporting directly to the Marketing Associate Director. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute brand and customer plans with a strong focus on digital HCP engagement strategies to reach physicians beyond traditional sales force coverage Design innovative omnichannel solutions to connect with healthcare professionals, including digital platforms, virtual events, and personalized content journeys Support patient activation campaigns, contributing to disease awareness and treatment initiation initiatives Engage and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) to strengthen brand positioning Partner cross-functionally with the sales team, supporting field engagement, training, and alignment on brand strategy Conduct and evaluate market research and advisory boards to generate customer insights Develop operational, action plans and marketing solutions Develop corporate presentations in English Lead and develop coordinators, associates and interns as direct reports Profile Strategic thinker with a proactive, can-do mindset Strong communication and leadership skills Results-oriented with initiative and ability to operate in a cross-functional environment Required Knowledges: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree is a plus Fluent English required Experience in marketing, preferably in cardiometabolism Experience with digital marketing strategies, omnichannel platforms, and HCP digital engagement tools Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into action Openness to AI tools and emerging technologies to drive marketing innovation and productivity Experience or curiosity with AI-powered solutions such as predictive analytics, content personalization, and campaign optimization Advanced Excel and data analysis skills People management experience
