A Dow tem uma excelente oportunidade para você atuar como Planejador(a) de Manutenção em Campo na nossa planta localizada em Santos Dumont - MG (BRA).

Sobre você e esta função:
Planejador(a) de Manutenção em Campo é uma pessoa experiente na área de Manutenção, que possui as habilidades e conhecimentos necessários para criar um pacote de trabalho a partir do escopo da ordem de serviço. O pacote contém todas as informações sobre mão de obra, materiais e serviços necessários para garantir a execução segura, eficaz e eficiente do trabalho.

Responsabilidades:

* Realizar checagem em campo para planejamento de atividades.
* Preparar o pacote de trabalho e inserir o plano no SAP indicando os recursos, materiais e serviços necessários.
* Confirmar disponibilidade de materiais e preparar pacotes de manutenção;
* Identificar materiais/ferramentas/equipamentos necessários para realizar as tarefas.
* Identificar/solicitar informações e requisitos de segurança para execução segura.
* Revisar o procedimento de manutenção e garantir que todas as questões de segurança e riscos estejam contempladas no plano.
* Criar/desenvolver/alterar/atualizar procedimentos de trabalho e checklists, além de iniciar MOC de procedimentos quando necessário.
* Registrar tarefas/informações dentro da ordem de manutenção.
* Notificar outras equipes quanto à necessidade de fornecer informações para o plano (verbal ou comunicação formal).
* Criar Lista de Tarefas de FLOC para planos repetitivos.
* Desenvolver o escopo de manutenção.
* Garantir que os planos de trabalho atendam aos padrões EH&S da Dow e às regulamentações locais.

Formação:

* Formação: Nível técnico em mecânica ou eletromecânica.
* Domínio de MS Project.
* Conhecimento em areas de manutenção em planta de produção de silício.
* Conhecimento de SAP nas rotinas de manutenção;
* Domínio no uso de pacote Office.
